Return Window
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items in unused, original condition.

Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a return, items must:

  • Be unused and unworn

  • Include all original tags, packaging, and accessories

  • Show no signs of damage or wear

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

How to Request a Return
Please contact our Customer Care team with your order number. We will provide instructions and a return address.

Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refunds
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
